Shipping policy

Once orders are fulfilled and you receive a shipping notification from the carrier, Cheryl Morales; Boss Lady Fragrances by Cheryl Morales; any and all affiliates are no longer responsible for the contents of the package. Should your package or product arrive damaged it is the customers responsibility to notify the carrier and submit a claim. ALL packages that leave our processing facility is inspected thoroughly and sent in good condition.
